DESCRIPTION:Really looking forward to returning to Potfest in the Park and to be  doing a show in my home county.    Here’s some more about the show…….\n\n\nOver 100 exhibitors from throughout the UK\, Europe and beyond. All with very distinctive\, individual styles. Set in the backdrop of Hutton-in-the-Forest on the edge of the beautiful Lake District National Park. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe ceramics festival takes place in and around several large marquees on the park land in front of this magnificent country house. The potters special competition pieces being displayed on the lawn\, juxtaposing ancient architecture and modern ceramics.\n\nAs well as hosting Potfest in the Park\, Hutton-in-the-Forest is a cultural destination in itself. With its historic house\, walled garden\, topiary terraces and woodland walks it makes\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\na great day out.

DESCRIPTION:I am delighted to be returning to  Potfest Scotland after a couple of years away .  Here’s some more about the show…. \nThis is the 26th year of Potfest Scotland and the  11th year at Scone – the home of the Stone of Destiny. \nUnder large marquees across the Palace lawns\, meet the 90 studio ceramics artists taking part. Wander Scone’s grounds\, gardens and pinetum. Talk to the makers\, discover what fuels their passion for clay and buy direct. Make a full day of your visit and soak up all things clay at this Scottish celebration of ceramics. \nTickets\nPotfest ticket includes access to Scone Palace grounds and gardens. Top up tickets for access into the Palace are available at the ticket kiosk. \nPotfest admission tickets will also be available to buy at the gate each day. \nGetting there\nParking is free and accessible parking is available. \nFood and drink\nRefreshments are available on site. \nPayment\nPlease be aware that a number of the exhibitors may be unable to process credit and debit card transactions so we would recommend bringing cash and/or a cheque book as an alternative. \nAccess\nWhile we will do everything that we can to facilitate ease of access\, this event is held outside\, on ground that is often uneven and on a grass surface that may make movement difficult.
